What is TaskFly?
TaskFly is an AI-first task manager. It lets you create tasks from text, voice, photos, and documents using artificial intelligence. A built-in Telegram bot lets you manage tasks right from the messenger.
How does AI task input work?
Type or dictate free-form text — for example, "Call Ivan on Friday and submit the report by the end of the month, urgent." Claude AI parses the text, identifies tasks, deadlines, and priorities, then shows you a list to confirm. You can accept all the tasks or pick the ones you need.
Does voice recognition support multiple languages?
Yes. Voice transcription uses OpenAI Whisper — one of the best speech recognition models, with strong support for many languages including Russian, English, and Spanish. Accuracy is over 95% for clear speech.
How does the Telegram bot work?
Link your TaskFly account in Settings → Telegram. Then you can create tasks with the /add command or simply by sending a voice message. The bot also sends reminders an hour and a day before the deadline.
Is the free plan free forever?
Yes, the Free plan has no expiration date. Limits: 1 user, 50 tasks, 3 projects. It includes 3 AI requests per day — voice input, photos, and documents are available starting with Pro.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored on encrypted servers. Before sending text to AI models, personal data is automatically anonymized — names are replaced with [NAME], phone numbers with [PHONE]. Passwords are stored encrypted.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Starting with the Team plan (2,490 ₽/month), you get: invite members via link, roles (Owner, Manager, Member, Guest), shared projects, task assignment, and team workload analytics.
Is there a mobile app?
Right now, TaskFly is a responsive web app that works well on mobile devices. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for the second half of 2026. The Telegram bot is already available for mobile use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in Settings → Plan. After cancellation, your account switches to the Free plan with no data loss.
Are there integrations with other services?
Currently supported: Telegram bot, Google OAuth, Yandex OAuth. In development: Google Calendar, AmoCRM, Email → task (forwarding to tasks@taskfly.ru).
